β€’ Are you excited about a career in SaaS that has a direct effect on the hospitality industry? β€’ We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Account Management to lead and oversee our account management team. β€’ Your primary responsibility will be to drive customer value that leads to expansion, renewals and customer satisfaction. β€’ A strategic operationalist who utilizes a data-driven approach to make decisions and set a clear strategy and operating plan. β€’ A builder who enjoys building brand new processes, systems, and structures as well as optimizing existing ones. β€’ A driver who works with purpose and passion; someone who will elevate our revenue team through new perspectives, ideas, and solutions. β€’ Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Vice President or Senior Director of Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment. β€’ Business acumen and proven ability to negotiate and influence for positive outcomes. β€’ Ideally, combined background of post-sale and sales experience β€’ Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth β€’ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results. β€’ Powerful communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Highly articulate with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software and account management platforms.
