• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) • At least 8 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role • 5+ years of experience in Group Benefits, with a deep understanding of broker dynamics • Proven success in growing client relationships and achieving revenue goals • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, paired with a strategic mindset • Proficiency in CRM systems and a knack for turning data insights into actionable strategies
