Description

β€’ Serve as the lead point of contact for all client requirement matters β€’ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships β€’ Develop trusted advisor relationships with client, Operations stakeholders and executive leadership β€’ Prepare the project plan for successful execution of client projects β€’ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives β€’ Clearly communicate the progress of daily/weekly/monthly/end of project initiatives to internal and external stakeholders β€’ Develop new processes and/or identify areas of improvement to meet client expectations β€’ Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. Weekly SLA progress, Project Health Maintenance,) β€’ Prepare reports on project progress β€’ Initiate EWS for project expected to fall behind on SLAs β€’ Collaborate with front office and operations to ensure delivery goals are met β€’ Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed β€’ Conducting Client training/re-training on Advantmed Process/Platforms β€’ Liaise with Product Solutions Team for any client requirement for platform development or issues β€’ Represent Operations Team on Client Calls β€’ Preparing Project Plan and execution strategy for client projects β€’ Collaboration with Front Office Team and Operations Team to deliver the results to client β€’ Project Health review and maintenance β€’ Prepare SLA goals for each project assigned β€’ Raise early warnings for Project SLA not met β€’ Prepare Plan of Action to get project back on track β€’ Prepare weekly project tracker for leadership β€’ Identify the AOIs and work with Operations to resolve/solution the issue β€’ Understand client's business requirement and provide appropriate solution β€’ Schedule weekly cadence with internal stakeholders for reviewing the project health and progress

Requirements

β€’ Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role β€’ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level β€’ Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel, Power Point Presentation) β€’ Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs β€’ Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail β€’ Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills
