• The Vice President of Business Development is a hybrid sales role offering CX transformational solutions and BPO services. • Leveraging Cloud-based solutions such as Software as a Service (SaaS), the automation of current technologies, and partnering with operational excellence. • Identify, assess, and negotiate new business opportunities that align with the Company’s overall strategic growth objectives. • Develop a winning and scalable sales strategy that generates revenue and achieves assigned goals. • Directly source deals using their own contacts and manage the sales lifecycle through close. • Work closely with the Account Management and Delivery organization to foster a client-centric culture and cohesive team environment. • Deliver the required business outcomes to customers while protecting the interests of the executives’ team and stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of, and interest in, the tech ecosystem with the ability to explain solutions in a simple and engaging way-- must be great at storytelling. • Ability to write and present proposals, respond to RFPs, and document activities. • Confident in interacting with and influencing senior leaders; with an ability to analyze data, synthesize and present results to C-Suite executives. • A solid professional network and a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers. • Strong leadership skills and an ability to work with various teams inspiring them to deliver above and beyond. • Ability to work across boundaries, and collaboratively work towards a “One Identity”. • Business foresight and the ability to strategize and demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify and develop strategic opportunities. • Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong presentation skills. • Self-motivated and driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently. • Desire to grow responsibilities and scope of work. • An entrepreneurial mindset and a keen business acumen.
