• Support clients of Aite-Novarica Group’s insights and advisory team. • Ensure client satisfaction, engagement, and success. • Manage onboarding process for new subscription clients. • Provide proactive support focusing on retaining existing clients. • Cross-sell additional subscription products and upsell solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 8 to 10 years of client services and B2B business development experience • Ability to engage C-level and senior leadership within client organizations • Track record of overachievement on goals or quotas • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Fluent in English • Experience in the financial services industry, research, or a subscription-based sales model is a plus
