• The Partnerships Manager will play an important role in growing the Algorand Ecosystem. • Reporting to the Head of Ecosystem Partnerships, this person will develop and execute outreach and partnership strategies with interoperability protocols, distribution platforms, and cross-chain dApps. • Identify, prospect, and close partnerships with leading Web3 protocols to facilitate the integration of the Algorand blockchain. • Partner with the ecosystem team to identify gaps and impactful opportunities to expand the ecosystem. • Take ownership of the ‘go-live’ process with partners once agreements have been signed. • Maintain and nurture relationships with protocols already in the Algorand ecosystem. • Build a playbook for onboarding new partners, including templates for tracking and analyzing success metrics.
• 4+ years experience in partnerships, sales, or business development capacity • Experience in cryptocurrency/blockchain is strongly preferred; knowledge of Algorand is a plus • Strong understanding of existing Web3 landscape, with strong connections to key players • Excellent communicator and a strategic thinker able to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders • Well-organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
