• Responsible for premium growth, case count and producer recruiting in Colorado. • Build consulting relations with Employee Benefit Broker Partners. • Provide feedback on marketplace changes and support corporate strategy.

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Professional designations such as CEBS, CLU and ChFC are desirable. • Life, Health Licenses required • Sales communication and relationship building skills required • Microsoft office proficiency • Strong work ethic • Ability to stay current on sales and marketing techniques and changes in state and federal law that affect the Company’s sales efforts. • Experience in recruitment and management of insurance sales force
