Requirements

• 7+ years of senior leadership in Denver organizations in relevant areas. • Deep understanding of the local landscape and strong relationships with community stakeholders. • Adept fundraiser with proven ability to cultivate diverse funding sources. • Proven experience in building strategic partnerships. • Exceptional communication skills to connect with community stakeholders. • Compassionate, empathetic leadership style with a collaborative approach. • Experience in building and scaling teams and programs sustainably. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial startup environment.
