Description

• SymPro is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing sales team. • The AE will acquire new customers and sell additional products and services into existing accounts. • Responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, outlining customer needs, and presenting solutions. • Qualify, manage a sales pipeline, draft proposals, and negotiate client pricing requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of prior software sales experience in a quota carrying environment. • Proven success with prospecting, developing leads, managing complex sales-cycles, and closing deals with new name customers. • Proficient computer skills – CRM tools, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting PLUS. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Initiative-taker, comfortable working independently, demonstrating a willingness to learn/ramp quickly. • Direct experience in selling to government entities a PLUS. • Disciplined commitment to the sales process - a true hunter!
