Description

• SymPro is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing sales team. • The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and closing new business by selling SymPro’s industry-leading investment and debt solutions. • Serve as the primary driving force in company’s revenue and customer success objectives through the attainment of assigned quarterly and annual sales quota. • Conduct discovery calls with customers and prospects to understand organizational needs and structure. • Uncover customer investment and debt management processes and needs to match customer requirements to SymPro solutions. • Understand, position, and clearly articulate the value/benefits of SymPro solutions. • Leverage marketing slide decks and other materials, and build custom sales presentations and demonstrations. • Qualify, build, and manage a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and development of qualified leads. • Draft customer proposals, demonstrate sound decision-making abilities, and negotiate client pricing requirements and concessions. • Develop short, mid, and long-term strategic and tactical execution plans to ensure success in assigned territory. • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue achievement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of prior software sales experience in a quota carrying environment. • Proven success with prospecting, developing leads, managing complex sales-cycles, and closing deals with new name customers. • Proficient computer skills – CRM tools, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting PLUS. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Initiative-taker, comfortable working independently, demonstrating a willingness to learn/ramp quickly. • Direct experience in selling to government entities a PLUS. • Disciplined commitment to the sales process - a true hunter!
