🎯 Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is often preferred. β€’ Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry with emphasis in physical access control. β€’ 2+ years of experience as business development channel/end-user in a healthcare vertical. β€’ Proven experience in sales or business development roles, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. β€’ Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and closing deals. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve common business objectives. β€’ Familiarity with the industry or sector in which the company operates, knowledge of market trends, competitors, and relevant business factors. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and trends, make informed decisions, and adjust strategies accordingly. β€’ Experience sales in the North America market is preferred. β€’ Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions. β€’ Openness to acquiring new skills and knowledge in the business development domain. β€’ Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. β€’ Time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals. β€’ Polished Business Acument.
