β’ Responsible for initiating new business opportunities and expanding client relationships by developing key Centers of Influence (COIs). β’ Focus on generating and closing Asset Based Lending opportunities while working closely with internal partners. β’ Ensure compliance with Associated Banc-Corp credit policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. β’ Collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell a full range of bank products and services. β’ Analyze financial information and coordinate due diligence, legal documentation, and the loan closing process. β’ Maintain detailed records of sales activities and networking relationships in SalesForce. β’ Expected travel for this role will be around 25% of the time, including overnight stays.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or other applicable disciplines. β’ 8-10 years Asset Based Lending or business-to-business sales and business development skills. β’ Knowledge of non-borrowing products, past track record of sales and client management success. β’ Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable.
