Description

• Expand and grow Vital’s presence as the supplier of choice for infrared optical materials and components. • Increase customer engagements, opportunities, and sales. • Help establish business plans for growth and lead their sales implementation. • Engage with our potential customers and sell in a consultative manner. • Responsible for the generation of targeted, competitive, professional proposals and or quotation documents. • As opportunities mature, close, and win continuing and future business. • Develop volume OEM/ODM sales in selected markets. • Maintain a regular presence by visiting existing and prospective customers and building increasing rapport. • Convert business needs into technical specifications for global engineers to understand. • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders. • Collaboratively develop and achieve metrics for success. • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in infrared optical material sales. • Experienced with, and passionate about, effective CRM use.
