Description

• Serves and leads others as the primary point of contact between clients and Assurant support teams. • Plans, organizes, and coordinates activities that support maintaining and expanding client relationships. • Develops and cultivates relationships with key clients to ensure stability of existing business. • Responsible for the development of annual business plans and client business reviews. • Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts for mid- to large clients. • Drives service utilization at the client level and ensures services are performed as contracted. • Coordinates resolution of client issues with cross-functional leaders and drives operational efficiencies. • Accountable for oversight of client financial goal attainment, reporting, and billing.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree • 8+ years sales ops and/or client management in device protection and/or trade-in • 7+ years interacting with mid to large clients and developing strategic relationships • 3+ years directly or indirectly leading the work of others • Experience in either device protection, supply chain, trade-in and upgrade preferred • Direct or indirect people leadership / supervision • Ability to drive execution of annual plans • Working knowledge of complex deals / contracts • Business / financial literacy • Strong written and verbal communication skills (effective pitching to senior leaders) • Strong industry knowledge • Advanced product knowledge • Strong negotiation skills • Effectively cultivate relationships
