• We're revolutionizing customer connection via an AI-driven marketing platform. • Driving billions in online revenue for leading brands like CB2 and GUESS. • The Director, Revenue Technology will prioritize and steer our revenue technology stack. • This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with Marketing, Revenue Operations, CS, and Finance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Enterprise Application, Business Systems, Revenue Operations and/or Sales Operations experience while managing SFDC. • High proficiency and experience in implementing and managing sprint-based SFDC and revenue architecture development. • Experience leading and managing a high-performing team, including setting performance targets, coaching, and developing talent. • Has effectively partnered with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, CS, Finance, Sales) to define and implement systems strategies and roadmaps. • 3+ years of management experience, 2nd level manager experience is preferred. • Experience operating in high-growth environment. • Experience implementing controls. • Experience working with SFDC CPQ or other comparable CPQ platform.
