β€’ We're revolutionizing customer connection via an AI-driven marketing platform. β€’ Driving billions in online revenue for leading brands like CB2 and GUESS. β€’ The Director, Revenue Technology will prioritize and steer our revenue technology stack. β€’ This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with Marketing, Revenue Operations, CS, and Finance.

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of Enterprise Application, Business Systems, Revenue Operations and/or Sales Operations experience while managing SFDC. β€’ High proficiency and experience in implementing and managing sprint-based SFDC and revenue architecture development. β€’ Experience leading and managing a high-performing team, including setting performance targets, coaching, and developing talent. β€’ Has effectively partnered with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, CS, Finance, Sales) to define and implement systems strategies and roadmaps. β€’ 3+ years of management experience, 2nd level manager experience is preferred. β€’ Experience operating in high-growth environment. β€’ Experience implementing controls. β€’ Experience working with SFDC CPQ or other comparable CPQ platform.
