• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in marketing program delivery, preferably in the live events industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role • Proven track record of successful strategy implementation and team leadership • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, particularly in the experience or events industry • Strong client relationship management skills • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Confident presentation and communication abilities • Operationally minded, with an eye towards guiding teams through scaling, change management • Proficiency in marketing technologies and data analysis • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Highly strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Natural leader who can inspire and motivate teams • Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective
