• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the overall financial services industry, spending at least 5 years working with financial services clients • Has an in depth knowledge of PR and the earned media space and understands how different channels can be applied to meet objectives • Exhibits superb organizational and time management skills • Is able to hold honest, “tough” conversations with client contacts to ensure the client is happy and the account is retained or growing • Maintains a professional decorum at all times and acts as a brand ambassador for the agency • Can manage up and down to ensure that teams are meeting their deadlines and goals • Has a passion for creating excellent and high quality deliverables • Maintains a strong spirit of collaboration and encourages teamwork across their accounts • Engages and contributes to agency culture
