Description

• Focus on new logo acquisition, client development, and management. • Own strategy, build roadmap, and accountability for client acquisition. • Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new market clients. • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers within the target accounts. • Collaborate with the recruiting team to deliver high-quality talent to clients. • Leverage market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends. • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge about the staffing industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, professional services, or related field is required. • Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business within the staffing industry required. • Strong network within the local market ecosystem. • Demonstrable knowledge of the staffing industry, market trends, and MSP models. • Proficient in CRM software (such as Salesforce or Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel as needed.
