β€’ Location: Remote (North American Time Zone) β€’ Help the world's largest companies create innovative digital experiences with WordPress. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with public sector partners, supporting their journey from onboarding to expansion. β€’ Develop high-impact strategies focused on partner retention and growth. β€’ Collaborate closely with internal WordPress VIP Government sales teams.

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience in a Partner Manager, Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager role within a technology or media company (SaaS preferred). β€’ 5+ years of experience in US Public Sector Channel management. β€’ Proven expertise in managing a high-volume portfolio of partners and consistently meeting/exceeding pipeline growth goals. β€’ Demonstrated success in communicating and negotiating with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders within partner accounts and internally. β€’ Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to capture and maintain attention whether presenting, on the phone, or writing. β€’ Deep experience in the North American market, with availability to work consistently within a North American time zone.
