β’ 4-year college degree or equivalent; Audiology or hearing dispensary training a plus β’ Loves technology and is a change agent for its use in healthcare β’ 5 or more years of hearing aid or hearing technology experience, in market preferred β’ Consistent top 25% of year over year sales performance β’ Possess relationships with existing hearing healthcare providers, large and small practice chains β’ Flexible, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment where the business priorities dictates the work schedule β’ Possess a valid driver's license, own and operate a motor vehicle with satisfactory driving records β’ Resides in region β’ Active listener with effective verbal and written communication β’ Ability to articulate and implement tactical product and territory strategies β’ High degree of learning agility, able to pick up new things fast and with confidence β’ Strong computer skills (Google Suite) β’ Strong analytical skills β’ Can work independently
