• About Avive: • Avive Solutions, Inc. is a growth stage Automated External Defibrillator (AED) company with a connected response system. • We are a mission driven team that is saving lives. • Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) is a leading cause of death in the United States. • We are looking for a full-time Manager of Strategic Partnerships to drive growth and revenue through national partnerships. • This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with partner representatives and identifying new opportunities for collaboration. • The Manager of Strategic Partnerships will report to our VP of Sales and work with our sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven experience in strategic partnerships or business development, preferably in the healthcare or public safety industries. • Experience working with large organizations in a partnership or sales capacity. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partnership strategies that drive growth and revenue. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform partnership decisions and measure success. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations. • Self-starter with a track record of taking initiative and driving results in a fast-paced environment. • Passionate about our mission of saving lives and making a meaningful impact on cardiac arrest survival rates.
