• New Business Development: Identify and target potential enterprise clients, developing strategies to penetrate key targets and expand our market presence. • Sales Process Management: Lead the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs and delivering tailored solutions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, solution strategy, and customer success teams to align on strategy and deliver exceptional value to clients. • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations to facilitate long-term partnerships. • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions and adapt sales strategies accordingly. • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against goals and identifying areas for improvement. • Sales Process: Be trained and versed in MEDDPICC (or similar), and have a process that works for you.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of hunting new business and exceeding sales targets. • Minimum 5 years of experience holding and hitting a $1mm+ quota in the SaaS and/or MRx world. • Market Research background preferred. • SaaS background preferred. • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
