Description

β€’ The Store Transformation Sales Specialist is a high-impact sales professional tasked with creating and implementing the strategic vision for delivering customized solutions that drive business growth. β€’ Responsible for overseeing Store Transformation sales for an assigned region, you will execute a strategy alongside your sales counterparts, fostering and maintaining strategic relationships, guiding product development through client feedback, and aligning cross-functional efforts to ensure the realization of strategic sales goals. β€’ Deep product and industry knowledge, coupled with the ability to navigate high-level sales discussions, allows you to effectively position our offerings to meet client objectives and achieve sales excellence. β€’ Establish and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for Store Transformation solution sales across your territory that aligns with overall corporate objectives and growth targets. β€’ Engage in high-level consultations to uncover client needs and propose value-driven solutions. β€’ Lead negotiations for your opportunities, including contract terms, pricing, and non-standard requirements, and leaning in to help close. β€’ Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, industry leaders, and internally, collaborating across departments to align product offerings with market demands. β€’ Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and serve as an ambassador for the company in client and industry settings. β€’ Provide ongoing enablement of field sales concerning software updates, industry trends, value selling and buying models. β€’ Drive sales reporting, funnel management and accurate sales forecasting principles with weekly reporting to management.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. β€’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution sales or senior sales roles, preferably in retail with a focus on software and services. β€’ Keen understanding of front of house operations, preferably a deep understanding of technologies used to enhance and transform user experience including SCO, shrink reduction solutions, AI/ML, and related. β€’ Strong track record of achieving sales objectives and business development. β€’ Expert consultation and negotiation skills. β€’ Willingness to travel frequently in the defined region for both client and industry events. β€’ Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles, build relationships with C-level executives, and negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
