β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. β’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution sales or senior sales roles, preferably in retail with a focus on software and services. β’ Keen understanding of front of house operations, preferably a deep understanding of technologies used to enhance and transform user experience including SCO, shrink reduction solutions, AI/ML, and related. β’ Strong track record of achieving sales objectives and business development. β’ Expert consultation and negotiation skills. β’ Willingness to travel frequently in the defined region for both client and industry events. β’ Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles, build relationships with C-level executives, and negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts. β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. β’ Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
