β€’ Identify new business opportunities for cross-selling and net new B2B partners. β€’ Warm and cold prospecting to existing clients and new partners via market research and marketing initiatives. β€’ Create and execute business development strategies to expand customer base. β€’ Develop compelling business proposals and presentations for potential clients. β€’ Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts. β€’ Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing marketing initiatives. β€’ Work with the sales team to provide support and ensure smooth transition of new clients to client success team. β€’ Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience prospecting new business, closing deals and selling continuing education or similar product/service. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and build rapport with clients. β€’ Proven ability to build and leverage professional networks to identify new business opportunities. β€’ Deep understanding of sales processes, including lead qualification, objection handling, closing techniques and territory management. β€’ In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape. β€’ Confidence in negotiating contracts and pricing terms to achieve favorable outcomes. β€’ Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
