Description

• TrueCar seeks Business Development Manager to close accounts and achieve revenue growth • Responsible for managing relationships with dealers and coordinating with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Proven success in retail sales in an automotive dealership environment • Experience in digital media advertising • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close deals • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales goals • Ability to implement sales strategy in a competitive environment • Experience with Salesforce or CRM • Experience interfacing with clients at various levels • Demonstrated understanding of client standards • Strong sales skills • Ability to communicate client requirements to internal organization • High integrity, self-starter, strong work ethic • Tech-savvy with data interpretation and presentation • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly • Strong understanding of auto dealerships • Ability to travel domestically by airplane or car up to 75% of the time
