📋 Description

• Identify, develop, manage, and close new business opportunities. • Build a strong 90-day sales pipeline. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealer senior leaders. • Meet or exceed sales goals. • Prepare and present proposals and negotiate terms with dealers. • Support in dealer escalations across functional areas. • Serve as liaison between the dealer and implementation team. • Learn about new products and features with dealer training team. • Support a team environment with strong morale. • Report all sales activity within Salesforce. • Serve as a change agent for continuous improvement. • Support in managing accounts receivable. • Demonstrate attentiveness toward customers. • Develop trusting relationships and open communication. • Additional ad hoc responsibilities by business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in retail sales in an automotive dealership environment. • Experience in digital media advertising. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to identify, initiate, negotiate, and close deals. • Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals. • Ability to formulate, implement, and execute sales strategy. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool utilization. • Experience interfacing with client contacts at various levels. • Demonstrated understanding of client standards and requirements. • Strong sales skills with the ability to create interest in new ideas. • Ability to communicate client requirements and methodologies internally. • High integrity, self-starter, strong work ethic. • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand data. • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and solve problems. • Strong understanding of auto dealerships. • Ability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time.
