Description

• Drive new US business with SMB pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device customers. • Handle end-to-end sales process from cold prospecting to contract execution. • Find appropriate life science contacts and efficiently utilize CRM. • Develop and grow sales at new SMB life science customers. • Collaborate with Offer and Delivery teams across Europe and the US.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of supporting the adoption of solutions involving technology, digital platforms, software, innovation, or AI. • 3+ years of experience in direct customer engagement activities, including needs-based selling, sales presentations with and without support, price negotiation to ensure profit margin, and customer service. • Demonstrated ability to understand and relate to client needs, translating them into winning proposals that address unique challenges effectively. • Bachelor’s degree. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating across different teams and levels in a matrix organization. • Proven ability to plan and deliver well-structured oral and written communications. • Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry covering clinical development, regulatory agencies, and commercialization processes. • Successful sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or life science industry, or other technology/innovation/growth areas. • Experience with digital technologies platforms (Veeva or Salesforce platform an advantage). • Proven track record of prospecting and selling to new clients. • Proficiency in identifying and solving problems and selling effective solutions. • Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
