• Beacon Biosignals is on a mission to accelerate research and development for neurobiomarker discovery to power novel therapies for sleep disorders, neurologic conditions, and psychiatric disease. • We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support our growth trajectory next year and onward. • Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Talent, this role will be the first full capacity recruiting hire at Beacon and will be instrumental in ensuring we continue to bring on the highest caliber talent across the organization. • Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive tech recruiting strategies to meet our ambitious hiring goals. • You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for mission-critical positions. • At Beacon, we've found that cultural and scientific impact is driven most by those who lead by example. • We believe a diverse team builds more robust systems and achieves higher impact. • Beacon's robust asynchronous work practices ensure a first-class remote work experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full cycle in-house recruiting experience in the tech industry in a startup environment. • A track record of supporting and continuously working towards a best in class candidate experience. • A track record of closing roles against an established set of metrics and KPIs. • Experience filling roles at all levels, from senior engineers to management. • Experience being a true business partner, advising hiring managers across all job levels. • Proven ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates. • Strong project management skills. • A data-oriented approach to recruitment, with the ability to analyze and leverage data to improve talent processes. • A passion for continuously seeking innovative methods to attract top talent.
