Description

β€’ Bennie is an employee benefits platform helping companies create healthier workplaces. β€’ Role focuses on finding and selling net new clients to our brokerage. β€’ Manage entire sales cycle, build and foster relationships with prospects. β€’ Prepare and present marketing, analysis, and recommendations along with product demos. β€’ Network with market influencers and participate in trade shows and events.

Requirements

β€’ 2-5 years of sales experience β€’ Experience in the benefits market and knowledge to be able to speak to large groups on their health benefit programs β€’ Licensed in Life and Health Insurance (or willing to get licensed) β€’ Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets β€’ Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment β€’ Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed in a work from home environment β€’ Adaptability to new initiatives β€’ CRM Experience
