β’ 2-5 years of sales experience β’ Experience in the benefits market and knowledge to be able to speak to large groups on their health benefit programs β’ Licensed in Life and Health Insurance (or willing to get licensed) β’ Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets β’ Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment β’ Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed in a work from home environment β’ Adaptability to new initiatives β’ CRM Experience
