📋 Description
• The VP, Business Development - Data is responsible for driving growth through data strategies • This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in data acquisition, analytics and governance • Support sales pursuits through direct outbound hunting activities • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and expand market reach
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years’ experience in sales, client services or revenue growth roles • Strong understanding of data management technologies, data modeling, and analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Sigma, Domo, Omni) • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through executive level client relationships in support of solving complex business problems • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills • Ability to speak to all levels of prospective clients, strategic and tactical decision makers • Strong communication competency and the ability to effectively convey information, ideas, and emotions
