🎯 Requirements

•5+ years in business development or venture capital, ideally within the blockchain sector, focusing on early-stage networks and foundations. •Demonstrated track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-impact deals with blockchain foundations. •Proven success with blockchain network operations, with prior experience at an L1, L2, protocol investment firm, or equivalent. •Strong research and problem-solving skills to assess network readiness and alignment with our objectives. •Able to work independently and integrate effectively within cross-functional teams. •A collaborative spirit that prioritizes team wins over individual accolades.
