• Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. • In this role, you will identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities, working closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales leaders. • As a key contributor to our growth, you’ll focus on generating leads, pipeline, building relationships, and supporting digital transformation efforts for clients. • This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where your insights and outreach will directly drive sales success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 2-3 years work experience in related field, preferably in technology professional services • Ability to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies • Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, team environment • Intellectually curious with desire to continuously learn new things • Coachable, driven, and hard-working • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across teams (sales, marketing, delivery) • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plus
