Description

• Inside Sales Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales • Driving pipeline and growth for the company • Meeting lead generation quotas by building outreach sequences • Utilizing LinkedIn and other data enrichment tools for research • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team to develop thoughtful messaging • Conducting outbound prospecting by researching accounts, cold calling, and emailing • Schedule qualified sales meetings for sales executives • Discover lead pain points and communicate value of BlueX products • Articulate value proposition of BlueX to decision makers • Develop lead profiles to assist Sales Executive • Run email and phone outreach campaigns • Attend and support sales meetings and take notes to update CRM • Handle post meeting follow-up • Track customer servicing in CRM and work closely with Sales Executive • Collect customer feedback and suggest changes • Keep up with BlueX Pay product and service updates • Track and share customer feedback

Requirements

• 6+ months of outbound SDR experience • Minimum 1 year experience in account management support • Organized and knows how to structure your day successfully • Is not afraid to call and email strangers • Great listener and hears what customers are saying • Knows how to respond to the “we don’t need this,” and other common objections • Can quickly build a rapport with customers, leading to intro calls with our sales team • Knowledge of Salesforce or Cloud CRM tools • Flexibility and agility to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment • Ability to work in a team environment while operating independently • Coachability combined with an ability to quickly learn new skills • Exceptional organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and oral communication skills • CRM experience required plus proficiency in Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar), Virtual meeting Apps (Google Meets, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom) • SaaS sales experience a plus • BA/BS Preferred but not required
