Description

• As the Manager of Inside Sales at Infragistics, you will lead a dynamic team of inside sales representatives to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. • You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. • This role also includes managing our Inside Sales team that works exclusively on renewals. • Your leadership and implementation of best practices will be instrumental in achieving our company's sales objectives and driving success in a competitive market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in a sales managerial role, preferably in the software development industry. • Strong understanding of software development concepts, technologies, and trends. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales automation, intent tracking and management and sales analytics tools. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, drive results, and foster a collaborative team environment. • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving sales excellence. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs. • Experience in the software development industry is highly desirable. • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
