Description

β€’ Execute internal sales objectives & improve account conditions using BBC systems and selling process β€’ Learn and be proficient in beer industry knowledge, brewing, and BBC product styles β€’ Hunt for new business opportunities while growing current business in multi unit chains and key accounts β€’ Utilize effective verbal and written communication with wholesaler, accounts, and coworkers including ability to deliver impactful presentations β€’ Use internal and external data to plan and identify opportunities across the district β€’ Build strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers by providing leadership and training across defined geography β€’ Assist in the develop Goals, Strategies, Objectives and Tactics for the defined district β€’ Manage budget for given district and account base β€’ Conduct monthly/quarterly Planning & Review meetings to benchmark current progress to goal and sell BBC objectives β€’ In trade selling that will result in 75% travel across the state of TX β€’ May be the periodic requirement to work weekends and holidays to support the needs of the business

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of proven results-oriented experience in outside sales or within the food & beverage industry β€’ An intense competitive spirit with an assertive, confident personality β€’ Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously β€’ Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently β€’ Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale frequently
