Description

• As the Business Development Manager, you will be a part of the SEF team working as a remote employee. • Business Development Managers (BDMs) serve as the primary representatives of our organization at OEMs, focusing on driving new business opportunities. • They will schedule meetings with engineers to engage in key design discussions and coordinate production line tours at manufacturing facilities, where they present value-added solutions aimed at reducing total assembly costs. • BDMs will dedicate approximately 75% of their time to visiting customers and prospects. • In the competitive fastener industry, it is essential for BDMs to effectively differentiate both themselves and the organization to achieve success.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or related field • Proven background in B2B sales, distribution, and working with OEMs. • Experience in Infrastructure and Heavy Equipment markets is advantageous • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles. • Affinity with technical products is a must • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably SalesForce, and other sales tools. • 75% travel visiting customers and prospects
