• Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are the first point of contact for prospective customers and are vital contributors to growth and pipeline. • Searching for a highly motivated, data-driven Sales Development Representative with strong inter-personal communications skills. • Unique opportunity to join an exciting high-growth startup and make a huge impact on Ionix's growth and success. • Prospect into accounts within your territory and approach leads to qualify for your Enterprise Sales counterpart. • Research accounts to identify the right personas including decision-makers and internal champions at target prospects. • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities and inbound lead follow-up. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. • Conduct high level conversations with mid and senior level executives in the cyber security space.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience as an SDR/BDR, or inside sales professionals in a B2B SaaS cyber company. • Results oriented, metrics driven track record. • Experience in cold calling and generating new leads. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written skills. • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and self-starting environment leveraging your creativity, insight, and intellect. • Salesforce knowledge and use of sales acceleration tools like HubSpot. • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. • Motivated, organized, punctual, high energy team player with attention to detail.
