Description

• Responsible for identifying and cultivating market opportunities for Castrol’s US retail business • Engage in the automotive aftermarket and retail industry • Develop and implement strategic approach to business development • Prospect and engage large white space opportunities • Collaborate to build robust sales pipeline • Ensure utilization of digital tools for territory management • Demonstrate industry leadership by participating in events and associations • Implement advanced value selling techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing or technical field • Minimum of 7 years in sales, sales management and/or marketing experience selling products through retail channel • Cross functional management experience within multi-layers of an organization • Experience in executing marketing programs • Good management and negotiation of programs and offers experience • Working knowledge of Auto business • Track record of coaching for performance • Strong leadership qualities and ability to think strategically
