Description

• Develop and implement strategic approach to CVO OEMs • Size and structure market sector to identify growth opportunities • Develop extensive Pipeline of new prospect and existing growth opportunities • Collaborate with Driveline Technology teams locally and globally • Lead development of differentiated value propositions corresponding to OEM Customer needs • Monitor competitor activity and recommend actions • Achieve targets set for each account and total portfolio • Ensure compliance with bp’s Code of Conduct and HSSE Standards • Expertise with digital tools like Salesforce and Power BI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 7+ years of sales or sales management experience selling products through CVO OEMs channel • Proven Contact Map, Prospecting, Pipeline Development, and new business closure • Cross functional project management experience • Working knowledge of lubricants business preferred • Must have a valid driver’s license
