• 3+ years of direct sales experience in IT, Data Center, and/or Telecommunications sales. • Prior experience with the Federal E-rate program is preferred. • Practical understanding of the OSI Model, Wide Area Networking, and Voice Infrastructure. • Good working knowledge of Salesforce.com. • Proficient in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong communication skills and formal presentation ability expected.
