β’ 1+ years of cold calling experience β’ SaaS experience preferred β’ Full cycle closing experience preferred β’ A passion for improving the world through early education β’ A proven top performer at previous companies, consistently hitting and exceeding goals β’ Ownership and vulnerability to learn from mistakes β’ Positive mindset with the ability to navigate change and quickly adapt β’ Experience in a quicker sales cycle, particularly in the SMB realm β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills β’ Strong emotional intelligence, showing empathy for team and customers β’ Proven success in adapting and implementing different sales methodologies centered around value selling β’ Proficiency with CRM, Sales Engagement tools, Conversation intelligence tools, and other general tech stack knowledge to gain efficiencies throughout the sales process
