β€’ MUST LIVE IN THE MIDWEST FOR THIS ROLE - Dallas, Kansas City, Omaha, St Louis, Denver, etc. β€’ You will oversee and optimize Flora Food Group's b2b commercial activities to drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role requires experience in business development, sales, and/or industrial channel management. β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ Sales Execution Oversight: Lead the seamless execution of sales activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences from initial engagement through delivery. β€’ Customer Onboarding Leadership: Spearheaded the onboarding of new customers, streamlining the journey to establish successful partnerships quickly and effectively. β€’ Innovation Gate Management: Drive the launch of new products by orchestrating key milestones, approvals, and team collaboration to bring innovative ideas to market. β€’ Sales Strategy Implementation: Champion sales strategies, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and empowering the team to achieve and exceed targets. β€’ Revenue Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue commercial opportunities to expand market share, enhance customer retention, and maximize revenue generation. β€’ Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards by ensuring all customer and product-related activities are executed precisely, clearly, and aligned with company values. β€’ Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and R&D teams to align efforts, solve challenges, and deliver on customer and market needs.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus. β€’ Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, business development, sales, or industrial channel management, with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth and managing complex workflows. β€’ Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration. β€’ Analytical Proficiency: Skilled in using data and analytics to drive decisions, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities. β€’ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the dairy industry is highly desirable. β€’ Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. β€’ Travel Requirement: Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings, team collaboration, and business development opportunities.
