Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of quota carrying value-based technology sales and market development experience β€’ In-depth understanding of Communications Service Provider (CSP) business in the Africa Region β€’ Proven record of winning new accounts, not only managing existing relationships β€’ Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions β€’ Comfortable and compelling both on the phone, and in the boardroom β€’ Consistent earnings history representative of plan over-achievement β€’ Candidates must be competitive, cooperative, collaborative and work well with customers both internal and external. β€’ Cloud, Software, Systems and Services sales experience β€’ Service Provider networking understanding β€’ Experience selling into new and greenfield Solution Provider customers β€’ Bachelor or University Degree strongly preferred β€’ Regional Travel is required, approximately 50%-75%
