Description

• This is a remote-based position located in South Africa • With a line-up featuring AXOS - Calix’s award-winning Software Defined Access platform • Our new and exciting whole-home wireless Mesh solution • Calix Cloud enables our customers to transform their businesses • Focused on developing new customers, greenfield markets and supporting existing Calix customers • Managing the complete and complex sales-cycle • Ensure Calix is positively positioned to win new business in new accounts • Growing revenue, locking out competition and uncovering new opportunities within each account • Join us as we innovate, help our customers reach their potential and connect underserved communities

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota carrying value-based technology sales and market development experience • In-depth understanding of Communications Service Provider (CSP) business in the Africa Region • Proven record of winning new accounts, not only managing existing relationships • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions • Comfortable and compelling both on the phone, and in the boardroom • Consistent earnings history representative of plan over-achievement • Candidates must be competitive, cooperative, collaborative and work well with customers both internal and external. • Cloud, Software, Systems and Services sales experience • Service Provider networking understanding • Experience selling into new and greenfield Solution Provider customers • Bachelor or University Degree strongly preferred • Regional Travel is required, approximately 50%-75%
