Description

β€’ Identify and qualify leads through proactive outbound prospecting efforts, including cold-calling, and email campaigns. β€’ Develop an understanding of our wireless networking products and solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential customers tailoring each solution based on the end user’s requirements. β€’ Work closely with the Sales Manager to create and execute strategic sales plans targeting key market segments and verticals. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. β€’ Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. β€’ Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist in crafting tailored solutions. β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in Salesforce. β€’ Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities as well as provide weekly progression updates.

Requirements

β€’ Wireless knowledge and fiber experience preferred. β€’ Bilingual Spanish/English speaker preferred.
