• In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the account team in delivering high-impact initiatives that advance scientific communication and patient outcomes in the field of rare diseases. • In close collaboration with the team, you will direct implementation of the client’s strategy, ensure high-quality execution and drive business growth. • You can be based at any of our UK offices or work completely remotely from anywhere in the UK and Ireland.
• Client services expertise at a healthcare communications agency, with a focus on medical affairs, and a strong life sciences background • Proven ability to lead account teams, provide strategic direction and drive business development • Strong verbal communication, with a strategic mindset to contribute to brand planning and innovative approaches • Experience mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work and fostering client relationships • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to stay calm under pressure • Willingness to travel • Experience in rare diseases and omnichannel is beneficial but not essential
