β€’ Manage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the rental and sales of portable HVAC solutions. β€’ Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer. β€’ Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of sales and rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management. β€’ Consult with customer for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects. β€’ Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service. β€’ Establishes prospects and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs. β€’ Aids in and supports business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy. β€’ Prospects bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers. β€’ Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team. β€’ Identifies prospective target accounts and presents to sales business development team. β€’ Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities. β€’ Attends trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED. β€’ 2+ Years of Organizational Experience in Inside or Outside sales. β€’ Ability to pass an MVR Background Check. β€’ Ability to travel up to 50%- 75% of the time within the assigned territory including overnight travel.
