•Celerion is committed to swift, exceptional clinical research through translational medicine. •Every day, we use our experience, agility, and innovative research strategies to help get drugs to market faster. •The Senior Director, Business Development will have Bioanalytical experience with a proven track record. •The Senior Director will promote and sell Celerion Bioanalytical services, expand our client base while fostering strong client relationships and facilitate effective communication between internal operations and external clients of Celerion. •This role offers a base salary plus commission structure and room for growth with strong performance.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in life science or equivalent experience in a related field. •Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical/CRO sales experience or postgraduate training in one of our areas of expertise required. •Bioanalytical business development experience essential. •Proven track record desired. •Excellent oral and written communication skills. •Excellent interpersonal skills. •Ability to represent Celerion professionally at all times. •Proven ability to manage time and prioritize activities.
