• Build the company’s market position in ICHRA and increase revenue by directing and performing activities related to group brokers, employers, and small business associations • Identify key group brokers relationships by market and nationally • Connect with key ICHRA partners to help create, elevate, and grow the market in key Ambetter states • Develop internal tools and resources needed for key market segments while driving awareness on ICHRA and Ambetter • Formulate and communicate to stakeholders, including leadership, and external business leaders on ICHRA growth and Ambetter value proposition • Coordinate in market events with team to drive lead generation and market demand • Participate in developing business and operational delivery models • Organized and detail oriented • Manage direct reports in market identifying key opportunities and removing barriers as necessary for team to succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science or related field • Master's degree preferred • 7+ years of business development, sales, government relations or legal affairs, mergers and acquisitions, or investment analysis experience • Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff • Experience with healthcare, managed care, Medicaid or Medicare preferred • 7+ years of business development, partnerships, sales in employer sponsored healthcare space, start-up experience strongly preferred
