Description

• Ceribell produces the world’s first brain monitor for point-of-care seizure triage and treatment. • We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. • Conduct thorough research and discovery to identify key decision-makers and understand potential client needs. • Engage with leads through various channels to assess their interest and fit for our products and services. • Schedule and coordinate initial meetings between qualified leads and our sales team. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in Salesforce (SFDC). • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies. • Track and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring leads are nurtured and progressed efficiently. • Develop a deep understanding of our MedTech products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition. • Anticipate and address potential client objections in a professional and persuasive manner. • Strategically manage and prioritize your assigned territory to maximize lead generation potential.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or customer service role. • The ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, and connect with people. • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. • A proactive approach to identifying and overcoming obstacles, adapting to changing situations, and finding creative solutions to challenges. • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify key information and trends. • The ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in the face of challenges. • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems. • Confidence in delivering presentations and articulating the value of our products and services.
