Description

• We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Director of Enterprise Account Executives to lead and elevate a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for expanding Ceros’ presence within our client base. • Your primary focus will be to oversee a team that drives upsell and cross-sell opportunities in new divisions, teams, and geographies across some of the world’s most recognized brands. • As the leader of this high-performing team, you’ll set the vision and strategy, ensure execution of scalable sales processes, and foster a results-driven culture. • You will work closely with your team to refine their approach to account expansion, build executive relationships, and close deals while maintaining a deep understanding of client organizations and the value Ceros brings to them.

Requirements

• 7+ years in sales, with 3+ years managing high-performing enterprise sales teams. • Proven track record of driving account expansion and closing high-value deals. • Expertise in account planning, organizational mapping, and selling to executive stakeholders. • Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills, with a focus on operational rigor.
