📋 Description

• Chainlink Labs is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Executive to spearhead the company's efforts in the East Coast. • Identify high-value TradFi use cases where Chainlink's core solutions can provide value • Collaborate with Chainlink Labs product managers, solutions architects and implementation engineers to integrate Chainlink solutions into Financial market infrastructures & commercial banks systems and workflows • Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing models to incentivise TradFi adoption of Chainlink's products and services • Develop onboarding and support programs to educate and enable clients on Chainlink Labs product capabilities • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target institutions to understand clients needs and position Chainlink as a strategic partner • Work cross-functionally to create compelling thought leadership, use cases, and go-to-market strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the financial services industry, • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing commercial agreements with major financial institutions (Including Commercial Banks and FMI’s) • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to address client needs and drive successful implementations • Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously • Strong experience selling to front and middle office functions, with exposure across Collateral, Treasury, and/or Fixed income • Based in New York, Boston or Chicago
